SS Grill

It Irks Me Quite a Bit!

To see “high-end” 1967 Chevelle SS cars for sale and the grill ends
and headlamp bezels have NOT been properly painted!

AARRGGHH!!

Explain?

Since my car was a Malibu, it came with a Malibu grill and grill components.  (I added the “SS” emblem.)
One of my more-recent projects was to remedy this and add the “SS” grill.
Compare SS (top) & Malibu (bottom) grills (Ignore the “SS” emblem).
The “SS” Grill has extra air holes, but also,
The upper 2 and lower 2 “mini-bars” are BLACKED OUT.

New Headlamp Bezels and Grill Extensions are available, but are painted as a “Malibu” would be.

So it was up to me to “black-out” (paint) the upper and lower “mini-bars”.

It can’t be!
